WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING PROPOSALS FOR OUR GROUP P2 AND P3 DEMOLITIONS

Proposals for the Athens County Land Reutilization Corporation – Group P2 and P3 Demolitions projects will be received at the office of the Athens County Land Reutilization Corporation until Tuesday, April 14th, 2026 at 12:00 PM.

Specifications and proposal documents may be secured for download below. Proposals shall be mailed or delivered to:

Envelopes should be marked with “PROPOSAL – DO NOT OPEN.” Please note that these demolitions will need to be completed by mid-May due to our state grant deadline.

The Athens County Land Reutilization Corporation reserves the right to refuse or reject any or all proposals.
