WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING PROPOSALS FOR OUR GROUP P2 AND P3 DEMOLITIONS

The Athens County Land Reutilization Corporation is now accepting bid proposals for its Group P2 and P3 demolition projects. The specifications are available below.

Proposals for the Athens County Land Reutilization Corporation – Group P2 and P3 Demolitions projects will be received at the office of the Athens County Land Reutilization Corporation until Friday, April 24th, 2026 at 12:00 PM.

Proposals shall be mailed or hand-delivered to:

Envelopes should be marked with “PROPOSAL – DO NOT OPEN.” Please note that these demolitions will need to be completed by the end of May due to our state grant deadline. We did not receive any proposals when these were made available last week, so they are being made available again.

The Athens County Land Reutilization Corporation reserves the right to refuse or reject any or all proposals.
